Sign-up Forms
If you're interested in training with us you must sign registration and release forms. Please download, print, and sign the forms linked to the button below. There are three forms: a member info form, a privacy release, and a liability release form. Bring them with you and you'll be ready to go when you come in. Forms are also available at class.

Weekday Location
Parking is available in the rear off of Poha Lane or on Young Street.
Saturday Location
Parking costs $3 in the complex parking structure, refundable within a grace period for drop-offs.
Alternatively, street parking is available on the makai side of the Athletic Complex.
